Take him #1, then take whichever QB you like most at #4. Even if Giants take one, Indy won't so if you're cleveland you're getting a franchise caliber QB either way.

Indy may trade out to someone wanting a QB so both QBs may be gone by the 4th pick. Just saying....

Indy could trade the pick to a team wanting a qb.
Cleveland takes him then has Darnold, Rosen or Allen

Dorsey and McCloughlan love Mayfield apparently. I would not be surprised if they go Barkley at 1, Mayfield at 4.
In that case, Giants should definitley show a major "interest" in Mayfield in the pre-draft process to force Cleveland's hand. But, if they take Barkley at #1, I'd be fine with Darnold or possibly Nelson.
It seems to me that there are 3 elite prospects in this draft
I think Browns go either Darnold or Barkley and then we take the other. I wouldn't be unhappy about that at all. So the nice thing about having the #2 pick is we are guaranteed to get one of the elite prospects.
Rosen, Allen, and Mayfield all have too many question marks to be considered "elite" in my opinion. I mean today Rosen might be the better pro QB than Darnold, but I'm just talking about adding up potential, intangibles, everything... Darnold is the only QB worth the #2 pick IMO.
I also think we should NOT trade down. We have a chance to get one of the couple elite prospects in the draft, we have to take one.

Me too. I raised this in another thread.
Barkley won't last till 4, but one of the closely packed QB's will be there.
If Cleveland got Barkley and Mayfield, I think that team will be an exciting one to watch, especially if Josh Gordon keeps his nose clean.
DG....get it done.
Only thing is, I can definitely see Cleveland going Barkley 1.
So, is it a #2-specific thing or does Cleveland just not follow the rules?
Anarchists everywhere we turn.

I do not want a guard with the #2 pick.
