NFT: Ft. Myers Beach area

Just booked a quick stay there with the kids (teenagers) for their spring break late next month. Staying a bit inland and will have a rental car to get around. Plan on hitting Sanibel Island. Any other must sees in the area?

we are heading there March 30th through April 6th. My wife and I were married on the beach at Sanibel (in front of an old historic lighthouse).

It's part of the Timbers Restaurant in Sanibel. It's owned and operated by a NY guy named Matt Asen and the Sanibel Grill has some of the best Sports Memorabilia around. It's museum quality. Plus the foods great! get the Crunchy Grouper!
