he's a hot head with multiple unsportsmanlike penalties, has gotten into altercations with fans/refs/coaches and is one of the leaders of the national anthem protests.

Joyner is the most likely free agent that will receive the Tag if they can't work out a new contract.
He had a rough season this year, that's true. Not his normal.
So, not sure how much of Peters struggles were all him or how much was the loss of Berry.
Either way, I'd take him, wonder what the Rams gave up. Pick 23+?
