They tagged him last year. After adding Peters and Talib, they're almost certainly not signing him long-term now. He's going to get a pretty large contract. He'll be the best available FA CB.
The only other FA CB who will garner similar attention is Malcom Butler. After the whole SB benching thing, I'm guessing he's not going back to NE.
I believe KC signed David Amerson, who I thought was very good in 2015.

Still under contract for 2 years and the cap hit in the final year is only 8M - nice deal for the Rams.
This is a good point - two very volatile personalities. Now LA has both on the same field. It's risky - but can't deny the talent.
