4. I need to see Beckham actually touching cocaine before I accuse him of doing it. People are innocent until proven guilty in my book. It seems to be the opposite for you.

Well, this is my point - we need a lot more information than we actually have. Otherwise, all we are doing is speculating.

I have no idea if it's a house or hotel room, I don't know if it's in his name, I don't know how many other people are there or who is liable for what.

Without knowing any of that, the best I can do here is say that Odell needs to be smarter while also being of the mindset that I would need to see something a little more incriminating before I believed he was actually using cocaine.

He's immature at times, he has "diva" tendencies - but based on what we've learned of him as Giants fans, I'd be really surprised if he was getting mixed up with blow when he's at such a crucial juncture in his career. Hate or love him, the man loves football and takes his career very seriously. Getting involved with blow would be a huge risk for him and I think he's smart enough to know that - just not quite smart enough to steer completely clear of it if someone else is doing it.

The NFL has significantly broader latitude to punish players. That's what we should be worried about here.

But I've always been in the "pay the man" camp...until now. This gives me pause. This says "wait and see" before backing up the Brinks truck for a guy who lets "events" control him rather than the other way around. He put himself in a situation that a responsible man with millions of dollars at stake does not put himself in.

I'm not saying they shouldn't eventually give him a big contract, but it's a decision that should be put off until absolutely required. They should apply all the leverage that the NFL CBA allows them before doing so and when they do, it should be a contract that protects them against "conduct detrimental" to the organization (specifically addressing social media images involving drugs).

2. Why does an Instagram model have a crappy cell phone that has terrible video quality? Same can be said for the sound cutting out like that. She makes her money off of internet pictures and videos that she creates and posts herself. Seems unusual for her to carry a phone that doesn't do sound or video very well.

3. As previously mentioned, she's an Instagram model. For anyone that makes their money on the internet, it's all about the clicks. Real, fake, or otherwise. There's some kind of a scam going on here. This model is just trying to propel her career by destroying someone else's career. Even if the video is real it looks like a setup to me.

4. I looked at some online pictures of OBJs Tattoos and he has a full sleeve on both arms (shoulder to wrists). They don't line up with the video. Could be the bad video quality but I doubt it. Guess you can say I saw the replay before the other team could snap the ball and I am throwing the challenge flag.

5. Regardless, OBJ will be spoken to by the team and league. He will be drug tested. If he passes the drug test then I would call the video 100% BS. If he fails the drug test, sobeit, he will be properly punished and his $$ value significantly drops.

If its in the room, its the responsibility of the person whose room it is. So if its hotel room, is he listed on the room? If its a house/apartment- is he the renter/owner? If the answer is yes, since he was physically present - then its possession crime.
