Should the Giants trade our number 2 overall pick for Norwell and Fournette? Before you all say, "You're nuts," this kills two birds with one stone. We get the guard we so coveted AND we get a stud running back. This would allow the Jags to draft a franchise QB or get a better version of Fournette (Barkley) in the draft.

He will NOT overpay for players...especially free agent players. We should understand this because our success in SB 42 and 46 came from adding free agents who fit a role. We didn't go out and pay big money to guys. We vastly overpaid for Vernon and JPP and probably Jackrabbit also.
Reese put us in this position because of consistently lousy drafting and now we are really paying the price. So I say pick up a few of these guys who are hungry, draft Nelson and let's move forward with those who want to play and those who have the hunger to get better. Rather have that than what we've had the last few years. The culture has to change and thank God for that.

The only possible exception would be the get back a solid though not spectacular OG and a top 7-8 pick and sign a FA RB like Lewis or McK since Fournette is a bit of a headcase( its the LSU water: Badger/Randle/Laundry/OBJ).
