With the release of those passes none came before the receiver turned around. I know it's just practice but don't learn bad habits throw the ball on time.
Dumb NFL Rules

I can't believe he needs to drive around to find places to throw because rules prevent him from using the Giants facility. Who does that benefit?

Yea, agree here. It's a ridiculous rule.
Knock it out of the park?

How about just playing well enough to beat out Geno Smith? Or well enough to dress in uniform and sit on the bench in some games?

Everyone likes to complain about how the players got a bad deal, and don't have guaranteed contracts. The players basically get 6 months off a year. Crap
Really love his attitude

I'm in the "draft a QB" group, but I won't be devastated with Barkley because this kid has the perfect attitude and measurable's to succeed. He just needs a chance.

Omg. Reading your posts is nauseating. It’s one negative post after another. How can you even say those passes were late. Come on man seriously. His release and footwork looked quick to me. Does he know these wr? Should he have a rapport with random guys who are helping him train?

Give me a break with this stupid argument. He was a rookie whom EVERYONE understood needed seasoning, while Geno was a vet with starting experience. Using your example, no backups will ever become good starters.

On top of that, as the season went on, McAdoo was clearly fighting for his job, was he going to give an untested rookie - who would be bound to struggle - PT, or turn to the vet, regardless of how blemished he was?

Again, I have no idea if Webb will become anything more than Ryan Nassib part deux, but I am not going to use the fact that a failed HC refused to properly evaluate Webb against him.

Silly that this needed to be explained to some, but good explanation

It's just frustrating that people are willing to write off a guy merely because he was a Jerry Reese 3rd round pick, and/or that he couldn't beat out Geno Smith (even if he was never given the opportunity to).

Webb may be the pivotal figure in what the Giants do with the second draft pick. The assessment as to whether he can be a franchise QB will determine whether the team picks a QB at 2, picks Barkley, or maybe trades down. You see any news value here, just an "agenda?"
