What would the effect of having Barkley on the team be on OBJ's behavior? OBJ would no longer Ben the only high profile play maker on offense, would not get all the tv and press attention, etc. This might help OBJ grow up.

My thoughts are that I'd rather have the Nelson effect on Eli. Â
will free up OBJ and he will be getting single coverage allowing him to be the game changer he will be in that scenario. IF we can field a OL to give ELI some time our offense will be super explosive short and long. Winning changes everything, so does losing .

Interesting you would take Nelson over Barkley if both are there ? I can see why for the long term difference Nelson could mean to the OL . Both appear to be special players and I am a big time fan of both. DG will make that call and I will go with him.
Nelson vs Barkley. A trade down for the right bounty is up there as well. I think these QBs are a super high risk of let down, which would be disasterous for the Giants in our current situation
