Barkley just needs to stay healthy long enough. Actually, for all the hype, I don't see Nelson making it. He's one of the best blocking straight ahead, he's pretty good on blocking the guy in front of him, but he's not very good pulling and blocking in space. Also, he has difficulties with stunts.
I’ve gone back and looked at a lot of Darnold and my opinion on him has regressed significantly.
Allen is a project and a guy I’d like but he’s a massive enigma right now.
Mayfield has a shot to be a solid pro but I don’t see a Drew Brees type with him. I think he could carve out a little career but again I don’t see a franchise QB or a game changer.
Nelson is not a cornerstone talent or player.
Fitzpatrick is a guy who might push into Rosen or Barkley territory but it depends on how he gets utilized.

Barkley, Rosen, Allen and Darnold at #2 seem to fit the mold. I like Nelson a lot, but Smith, Wynn, Price and Hernandez (in any order) will probably be almost as good as Nelson and one will be there at #34.
And pass on the QB, they better be drafting Barkley, he could be a game changer, drafting a guard at 2 is mindless and irresponsible. There will be offers to trade down and they need to take them, this organization has not taken a risk and gamble in the draft ever, it is time, we have fallen too far behind the competition. You can get a kings ransom for the #2 pick, and they need to if they don't want a QB, or Barkley.
think it will be Barkley, unless the Giants are offered an unbelievable amount for the #2 pick, which is certainly possible. But as far as the QBs are concerned:
