they needed depth at DE. Tomlinson will see time at DE and at NT when Snacks needs a breather. Assuming JPP is the other DE they have little behind them. Jordan Williams was intriguing during the preseason but depth is a concern.
I imagine you all weren't watching the same broadcasts and reading the same news articles and blogs with the constant talk about this guy being the next stud during the 2016 season.

I guess I was in the bizarro universe.
You are right, none of us saw these articles and blogs because there were none. He had a good game or two and people thought he would do well.
Your exaggerations are noted.
Bodies to be a part of a rotation. JPP and Vernon never got off the field and I think that contributed to a lack of production from the end position last season. Great signing keep em coming!!!

Why did i even bother. The same posters who were hyping these guys up are the same ones who deny these players were ever even discussed.
Need 90 bodies for camp
Camp body competition?
Are these signs he isn't expected to make team? Or are they signs he may play at that hybrid OLB-Rush spot.
Latimer, minus a draft pick taking his place will make this team.
It's BBI...only here can an UDFA or a seventh round pick be a bust
Jonas Seawright syndrome
lol

Instead of worrying about where an UDFA fits into the new defensive scheme, it would be more appropriate to question how Avery Moss will fit.

Somewhere the homer van is revving its engine in the mothballs....

How could he be either overhyped or a bust?

Am I being Arc'd?
I have no idea what Approx value means on Pro Football Reference, but Tomlinson's was 7 in 16 starts and JPP was 8 last year in 16 starts.
Seems like this guy is a great value for what his contract will be.

Not camp fodder by any means
