Janoris Jenkins was placed on Injured Reserve in late November with an ankle injury that had bothered him much of the season and required surgery. Jenkins is an average-sized corner with excellent speed and quickness. He is a confident, instinctive coverman who has developed into one of the NFL’s best corners.

It's amazing how injury excuses always pop up AFTER a bad season or a bad stretch of games. Those "nagging injuries" must have been soooo debilitating.

NFL players never actually play bad. They either play well or they were injured. But never bad.

He was a top 5 CB in 2016. I expect him to regain that form in 2018. Jenkins is fantastic.

but he is a tough dude and a hard competitor.

He was toughing it out last year for a shit team - while the media was all over him for quitting he was doing the best he could.

He's like the anti Eli Apple

I didn't like the signing at the time but he was a huge success during the 2016 season.

I am looking forward to him regaining his previous form as he might be the most important player on defense after Snacks IMO. The CB depth is very scary right now.
