It is time we put aside the silly nonsense aside. Picture you and I having a conversation at the bar and I give you that glare...why dont you like Eli?
Some fans (and I can see it on here) have just flat out said they dont like Eli. I remember when I worked with a buddy Roger and it was the 2016 Saints game and I said "Oh Eli was dealing good balls at them receivers yesterday" and he just sat there in silence and he said sweating and nervous "uh uh lets see what he does next week!" It was adorable.
So I can see some of us on here just dont like him. Why? Is it because hes not Simms? Did you want Rivers or Ben? Is it the high interception total? What makes you just want to find something you dont like about a franchise QB.
I am not talking about moving on here and all of that. People who just dont like him since day 1. Is it because he is Peyton's brother? It has arrived. I think he (Eli) is perfect for me. I think this is where it becomes reality for some of ya'll.
I worked for Roadway trucking, darn you!
I would argue, however, that the way he pulls the trigger in the face of a tight window are also one of his greatest snap-to-whistle strengths.
The two things are clearly related, so we take the good with the bad. The haters have an argument with regard to ball security, but I believe the two SB wins do not happen without the brass-balls approach to the position.
Strange!
I also asked in one of his multiple threads yesterday how is Pops is doing. Never responded.
To this day, I wish we drafted the better play - Roethlisberger - instead.
And personally, I’m overjoyed that an alleged rapist hasn’t been the face of our franchise for over a decade.

Lmao don't ever change man...
Strange!
