Does anyone want him if we trade down to 5 or 6? Not that Ross Cockrell makes the Giants all of a sudden take a corner but wouldn't Fitz "fit" nicely in our backfield?

be upset ... but I still would like Barkley @2. Fitzpatrick is a top 10 pick ... top 5 is debatable but with the 2ndary in the state it is in I would not be mad .... but my expectations for the upcoming season would be lowered.

He could have a field day in Bettcher's scheme....

I'm not sold on Thompson after last year and Fitz would be a clear upgrade and form a formidable combo with Collins. Wouldn't be a bad pick at all if we trade down.

and take the best player available, he very well may be that guy. The fact he is position versatile makes him a good fit in Bettcher's defense.

Can play all six DB positions. The guy solves problems in the defense...a force multiplier prospect...

u upgrade the DE and LB positions - you can get away with lesser players in secondary.
