to draft this year. So, not a round specific question or the first pick for the Giants but just one player you hope the Giants draft.
I have two guys I would love to see drafted:
Baker Mayfield-QB- Oklahoma though I doubt it happens because of where he would need to be picked and the Giants conservative nature.
Lorenzo Carter- LB/Edge- Georgia I think this guy will be a far better PRO than college player and a perfect 3-4 OLB. He can rush, cover and play the run.
OL Isaiah Wynn
+1 as he is very versatile...
Kid has length and speed. Stats last season were a little low, but if you watch the film you'll know a lot of it was weak QB play. This dude is going to be a steal for whoever takes him.
Josh Jackson from Iowa. In my opinion not only the best CB in the draft but one of the Top 5 BPA's.
mid rounds to be different. Both impressed me.
C - Frank Ragnow
C/G/T - Mason Cole
I think Ragnow is the best center in this draft.
Hernandez is an absolute Bear that can bring the right amount of mast to the O-line.
And Darius Leonard gives us another Uber Athletic LB that can blitz and cover to pair with Ogletree.
mid rounds to be different. Both impressed me.
C - Frank Ragnow
C/G/T - Mason Cole
Ragnow is going to be a steal late 3rd-5th rounds. I really like him.

I think Ragnow is going to be a mid 2nd rounder. People were projecting Travis Frederick as a 3rd round pick and he went late 1st. I expect a similar situation with Ragnow.
I also love Quenton Nelson and Derrius Guice but don't think we will have a chance at them.
2. Will Hernandez
3. Frank Ragnow
4. Billy Price
+1.
We need some pass rush flexibility and I'd like to see in the form on one of these 2 guys.
I'm convinced Turay to NYG in round 3 would be the steal of the draft. He just might not make it there to give us that choice.
Saquon Barkley in Round 1
Justin Reid, Courtland Sutton, Philip Lindsay, Bo Scarbrough, Dane Cruikshank
You mean Shaquem
I'll take Barkley.
He will reconfirm that drafting Big 12 QBs is a mistake. Tricked up offense, playing historically bad defenses leads to amazing looking statistics.
Watching David Wilson was pretty exciting, but I want them to start winning on special teams.
It's a great RB class. Barkley of course. Guice is nice. Sony is a ginuwine pony. Thrilly Sims' fav? Nick Chubb. Stud Stud Stud (stud)
Derwin James as arbitrage Minkah Fitz
Harold Landry as a post-hype edge stud
DJ Moore = Golden Tate in Hakeem Nicks' body
Trey Quinn is such a tempting comp to Cooper Kupp.
Billy Price because every fucking Ohio St lineman is a readymade pro and his pec surgery might create a draft day discount

I hear there's a good one we can get with the #2 pick, but I'm not sure we want to go that way.
Braden Smith
Edge Harold Landry, he can be the next great Giants pass rusher
Saquon Barkley in Round 1
Justin Reid, Courtland Sutton, Philip Lindsay, Bo Scarbrough, Dane Cruikshank
Bo Scarbrough will be at Charleston Sports PUB in MT. Pleasant SC Saturday night signing autographs and taking pics.
2. Will Hernandez
Or
1. Quinton Nelson
2. Sony Michel
2. Rosen
3. Darnold
Would not remotely consider anyone else at #2.
As for rounds 2-3:
James Daniels (if he somehow dropped to 34)
Isaiah Oliver CB
Reid FS
Jessie Bates FS
Darius Leonard LB
+1
