NFT: Panthers game/North Carolina this October

I have decided to go with the Panther game for my once a year road trip...

Anything around the remote area for me to sight see? I remember going on an adventure for business in Roanoke Rapids in 2013 but it just looked like New Jersey. I might bring my girl but Eh I like actually having fun watching football so I will likely be by myself.

Any good places to stay? Roads interstates to travel on that are "beautiful"? Help me understand

I will be there this October as it's only 3 1/2 hours from Wilmington, NC.

I am hoping to have my son fly in from Newark for thew game, too.

There was a big Giant contingent a d big BBI tailgate. Very nice stadium too.

Great crowd for the tailgate. We have been to the last two games in Charlotte.
My handle was NHGiants at the time, go figure.

Tailgate before hand met some good folks had some laughs. The game was great too, it was the 2012 Thursday night game. We smacked'em

I'm planning to host the tailgate again.

I'll give out details when gameday gets closer. Will likely be set-up by 8:30 or 9AM.
