Just let that sink in. That is crazy for anybody let alone a guy that played professional football. Good luck with the rest.

Guy is a beast being able to carry that weight. What was his "playing weight" in blue? Maybe 280?
Good for him he's losing weight, his diet sounds pretty good actually, I need to lose some weight also , but just like 50 pounds tops .

wants 10k steps, lifts 2 times a week and does a boot camp once a month.
how about 15k steps, lift 5 times a week, and do a boot camp 2 times a week...oh and eat better and less.
problem solved.
