Holy crap, the dude didn't truly earn this nickname until he stopped playing. But, he's losing the weight now, so good for him.

Just let that sink in. That is crazy for anybody let alone a guy that played professional football. Good luck with the rest.

Guy is a beast being able to carry that weight. What was his "playing weight" in blue? Maybe 280?

Good for him he's losing weight, his diet sounds pretty good actually, I need to lose some weight also , but just like 50 pounds tops .

wants 10k steps, lifts 2 times a week and does a boot camp once a month.

how about 15k steps, lift 5 times a week, and do a boot camp 2 times a week...oh and eat better and less.

problem solved.

It says in the article he lifts multiple times per week, not 2.
