So who at the top has missed time? Rosen is well documented. Guice to an extent as well , even though he played well he was playing hurt. Nick Chubb because even though he returned to form, the shelf life coming off an ACL is probably shortened.
I doubt it will impact Landry there's almost no pass rush in this draft. The top 3 positional players are clean.
Of course if teams have other info from combine we don't we will learn more next week.
1. Mayfield suffered a head injury during the second quarter of the Sooners' 30-29 win Saturday over TCU. The Heisman Trophy hopeful took a shot in the back of the helmet from TCU linebacker Ty Summers, who was ejected for targeting. This was from a game in November 2015.
2. OU quarterback Baker Mayfield, who suffered an apparent head injury while making a tackle on Clemson linebacker Ben Boulware, returned to Norman on Friday and went through concussion protocols, according to a source close to the program.
For Mayfield, its the second time he has gone through such protocols in the last month and a half. The Sooner quarterback suffered a concussion during OUs win over TCU on Nov. 21 and missed the second half of that game.
Because of concussion concerns, neither Mayfield nor running back Joe Mixon were made available to the media after Oklahomas 37-17 Orange Bowl loss to Clemson on Thursday.
3. He said he also had a concussion in high school five years ago, but "I had all the symptoms then, dizzy and all the vision stuff, but this one wasn't like that. I passed the test at halftime and felt I could go back out there and play, but they wanted to be careful. I understand that and appreciate them looking out for me."
4. But also check out the footage of his arrest. He takes a serious shot to the head on concrete. His head looks like it bounces. The arrest was in Feb 2017 so he wouldnt have to go through the concussion protocol for a player.
Thats 4 concussions over 2011, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
and when zoomed in after attested he isnt bleeding. If you are going to speculate that he hit his head and got a concussion, Im going to go ahead and expect seeing gushing blood if he head smacked into cement stairs.

Chubb is probably helped in that he really has low mileage as a RB due to so much time splitting carries.I think hell be fine. Underrated somehow with all the attention on Michel. He did so well during the combine.

Wow. When i hit my head on concrete there was no blood. I was only passed out, started vomiting, couldnt speak and needed hospitalization for a day. I suffered symptoms for 3 months. I should have just told the Doctor no blood is no concussion. Great analysis UConn
Usually self-diagnosable
Symptoms may include headache, confusion, lack of coordination, memory loss, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, ringing in the ears, sleepiness, and excessive fatigue.
you said 4, looks like he had 3 and maybe another. Not that difficult.
Very interesting to hear about Mayfield's concussions, especially given the concern associated with Rosen. Heck I'd be more concerned with Mayfield than Rosen where concussions are concerned only because he be more prone to move around in possibly susceptible to more hits. Nevertheless, I'm less concerned about QBs and concussions simply because the league punishes defenders for even grazing a QB's helmet.
You are speculating, plain and simple. It cant be that hard to comprehend can it?
Im not analyzing anything. Im mocking your stance on being convinced he had a concussion based on a grainy video with no sound. Im not even sure he hit his head based on that evidence.
And where did I say blood was a symptom of a concussion?

Josh Sweat. I read or heard somewhere that his knee still isn't holding up 100% after his surgery at the end of high school, and he might be a one contract player.
Nick Chubb seems to have rebounded well from his knee injury. He's a couple years removed with no apparent limitations. Like Frank Gore.

The Sweat stuff isn't true. Sweat missed three games his college career and from people down at FSU I know the knee is holding up fine.

Mayfield Arrest head shot - ( New Window )
Obvioudky the arrest. But watch it. Unprotected Head on concrete hard.
All others are verified
If he did have 4, however, hed be completely off my board especially with his style of play.
Isn't that informative?
"Now Mayfield, who also had one in high school, has had three."

The other 3 are clearly documented.
