Zach Seiler from Ferris State.
6 ft 5 3/4" and 288 at his Pro Day. The right size for a 3-4 DE. Ran a 4.78 40 and lifted 31 times. He was a guest at the U of Michigan Pro Day.
Scouts were very surprised he entered the draft after his Junior year.

Whereas too small would be a factor, and assuming the player has some unusual or outstanding skill set, I don't think too heavy is a thing.
And not to presume lighter equals quicker, it's not always the case.
I've got my eye on Harrison Phillips as a 2nd round pick of the Giants. He's a no BS grinder in the Kyle Williams mold. It would no doubt get some eye rolls but it's a foundation piece.
