Wade optioned to make room for Gleybe2 Torre5.
He just mashes lefties.
I was reading his launch angle is way down so far this year. If there is something to that you sure can see it in the balls in play so far.
But with the added walks, supreme confidence, leadership and now even more power, is he becoming a superstar?
Is this the real Didi? Will he get even better? Pretty cool stuff.
Also, gotta love Torreyes! Guy is such a pro and perfect 25th man, the way he is showing Gleyber Torres the way is truly wholesome.
Toe needs to stay, Wade will never be Toe.

Read this article. He has recently been quoted as saying that when he got this issue under control he felt much much stronger and explosive. I'd say his ceiling is what we will see this season or next.

That was a great read , thanks! Never knew that about Didi, its pretty amazing he's dealt with all that, and how little power he once had. What a great move by Cashman, it can't be said enough what a great trade that was.

These are huge huge hits.
Cannot imagine what his heart rate was....
As Romine strokes the two run double.
I'm shocked to see Travis in the lineup today. I guess he isn't as injured as reported.
Romine is the oldest at 29
Run faster and get there earlier. He should have had it.
He has done that a few times and certainly often enough to expect it is intentional. Pays for itself.

I didn't wanna say it out loud but i totally agree. That's a ball even ellsbury tracks with ease as a pro.
Hicks is good in CF and we know his arm is great but his finesse in CF is B grade. He's elite in the corners however.
No I mean should. His nonchalance is something I've seen on how he tracks alot of balls. An average CFer doesn't even get to that ball but he should have been there with enough time to make that catch.
Eh, he got there and I'd bet he makes that catch 7 out of 10 times. Not easy. Kiermyer, Pillar, Gardy and some others...
Crushed? Easy chopper - he swung over the ball, but yes, much better pitch recognition.
LF in Yankee Stadium is brutal and always has been.
A promising sign that the ump did not call a strike on that pitch...a few inches low to Judge and he called it right
Hanging slider.
