NFT: SUNKEN SHIP PRESERVED IN NEAR PERFECT CONDITIONS

This article contains very clear pictures of a ship that sunk in Lake Superior in 1911. Divers went down 270 feet to take the photos. Due to the cold, fresh water a lot of the ship remains remarkably intact. Amazing!

Lake Superior is so cold that no bacteria can grow below a certain depth, so bodies don't get swollen with gas and float to the surface. There are bodies under Lake Superior that are perfectly preserved after more than 100 years.
There are ships preserved
