ESPN is doing a Barkley Chubb comparison

Very impressive....both look great.

But Chubb did all the workouts during their pro day....and the NFL guys put him through the paces and he did great

and Barkley did nothing during Penn St pro day....not great optics.

I understand that he figured to give his teammates a chance to showcase..
it still did not look great.

The show is made perfectly for the Giants
Barkley was the star of the Combine. He just stood on those #s.

Barkley goal is getting that gold jacket

He might have just seal it....lol
I don't want Barkley

But if I recall correctly, there was no RB coach to work him out

100% disagree on bad optics.he couldnt improve. also chubbb has a slow 3 cone. thats a concern as is correlates to short area quickness
I’m totally torn

I would love a stud back for the team, I’m just not sure of Barkley is the answer. I reallly like Chubb. Could see him being a giant for his entire career.
True....there was no rb coaches....

I just saying....the show was going back and forth with each of them during great.

That was not great optic on the show
There was no RB coach from any team

present at Penn State's pro day to run the drills. So exactly what was he going to do if there were no drills to run and no one there to judge them?
There were no scouts

Looking to evaluate Barkley at his pro day. They obviously saw all they needed to see at the combine. This was well documented.
Barkley was ready to workout

at his pro day, but no-one wanted to put him through drills. He did not choose to stay on sideline
I was saying that in the show on espn

It didn't look good....for Barkley standing on sideline

While Chubb was being put through the paces....

Up to that point they were both going back and forth with great, rewarding stories....they both came across like great kids and you understand why they are the top two.
Did you see the combine?

God I can't wait for the draft to be over!

saw the same show yesterday... and thought nothing of it whatsoever... Barkley has plenty of game tape and excelled at the combine.. no one came to work him out because honestly.. there was no need to.. and he cant help that.. I think the only " optics " being seen here are the ones you want to see
