Bob McGinn Mock Draft

Bob is normally pretty plugged in. Bob just released his mock draft. He has Mayfield going 1st.

He also has the Giants passing on Darnold for Barkley.

It's a paid thing so I'm not sure what I'm allowed to post. If you wanna know any specific picks I guess just ask.

In his mock draft. He's definitely the most plugged in Packers guy or he was at one point. The Browns front office is basically all Packers guys. We will see in about 13 hours.

Rosen and the jets take him this draft will be remembered as the one where the jets took over the city. Glad we got Clam Chowdah running the draft like its 1970 so he can fubar it

Dorsey took Mahomes last year. Same conference, same system, and he's not that tall. Mayfield is not Manziel off the field.

he had been adamant that if the Brown's pass on Darnold, the Giants will take him. But in yesterdays final mock on XM radio, he had Brown's taking Allen, and the Giants taking Barkley, for whatever that's worth.

and the Giants, as you say, won't pass on Darnold because ownership wants him, then Gettlemen should immediately resign after the pick. He should have enough pride to want to be respected for his football acumen and, if he evaluates and wants someone else based upon his accumulated knowledge and experience and decisions are made due to owner whimsy, then its sinful for him to collect a paycheck.

We have too many teams run by owner capriciousness. It's certainly something I don't want for the Giants.

Well, if it's true, in this case I think ownership would be right. And I don't think Gettleman is wedded to one pick.

I’m talking about height. And Mahomes is 6’2”, it’s all in the perception. Haslam is sold on Darnold at his Pro Day, they aren’t picking Mayfield.

Browns continue to keep the decision on their No. 1 pick a secret, but there is a mounting belief from HCs and GMs around the league that Cleveland will take Baker Mayfield.

And Jay Glazer tweeted last night that it was incredible how quickly Mayfield has shot up the board. "Escalated" was the term he used.

to take Darnold would be a huge mistake. Passing on them to take Baker Mayfield will be the dumbest decision in NFL history. Couch, Quinn, Weeden, and Manziel will finally be able to get a good night's sleep!

This just has to be a smokescreen to spook the Jets into trading up...
