They do. Just depends on how badly they want it.
I wasn't a big fan of Floyd and was ok with Conklin, but I did not like what appeared to be the Giants settling instead of getting a player they sought.

Not true at all. Jets favor Mayfield. Bronco love Mayfield and can trade up. I think the latest news and rumors prove that he's had a much grade among NFL people than the Draftnik community. Worse than even odds he's there at 4 and it's not the kind of gamble you take when looking at a franchise QB.
