can be trash too. If it's not Bob Popa in the AM, it's awful. Bruce Murray and Brady Quinn is a pretty good show. Kirwin is great but I'm not a fan of Jim Millar at all.
Unfortunately when the shows just becomes a grab bag of random Q&A about the NFL in general I turn it off. But when they have themes and talking points for different segments the shows tend to be enjoyable.

For God's sake, you listen to Craig Carton for all those years, and Beningo, and that horrid afternoon show, and Steve Sommers, and it's as if you can feel the brain cells dying as you listen.
And the incessant baseball talk all year. And when the do talk football, it seems to be more Jets than Giants. And more Mets than Yankees. On the "flagship station" for the Giants and Yankees, no less.
