Completing school, when he completely does not need to for his professional wellbeing or advancement, shows commitment and dedication to completing his goals. He'll be just fine for the season.

Yep he’s one of the easiest “stars” (very underrated one) to root for. Smart, humble, a leader, etc. Very proud to have him as a Giant.
I wouldn't consider Beckham's rookie year to be "quite a few years" ago, but maybe that's just me.
