New Orleans had been looking to add another defensive tackle to a rotation that primarily included Sheldon Rankins, David Onyemata and Tyeler Davison last year. After promising second-year player Mitchell Loewen was injured, a string of veterans handled the No. 4 spot at the position, but all ended up suffering an injury.
Bromley will now have a chance to prove he can help the Saints in spurts this fall.

We did lose a couple players to other teams even if Westburg wasn't a priority to resign.

I wish Bromley well. He grew up a Giants fan and got to play for his favorite team. How many people get to do that? Now he's in the business phase -- time to scratch and claw, make some money and try to sustain his career. It's week to week for him now, unless he raises his game. Which, you know, is still possible.
That is sad ...
That said, damn we should have taken Gabe Jackson with that pick!
Except that Hill is a little bit bigger, a lot stronger, and more athletic. In addition, using NFL.com as a guide, Bromley (whom I did like) was drafted one or two rounds earlier than projected, and was pegged as at best a rotational DT. Hill was drafted exactly where they figured he'd be, with a chance to become a starter.
But, yeah, other than that, very similar. So keep posting it. Maybe someone else besides you will come to believe it.
Does it matter? He's gone now.
But, since you asked...
I wonder how long, the non plays that he made, film would be?
But I do stand corrected.....
