second, I am skeptical about the recanting of her claims against Foster, based on his rep/past and the fact that was her initial and immediate claim...you don't want to derail the gravy train...
If not Foster should have his boys beat her up with pillow cases filled with phone books , no room in our society for women like this who make actual victims more victimized. Very sad.

Bring her up on felony charges and they will think twice before fabricating stories for vengeance
Look, I don't have all of the details here - I don't know what has gone on or been said behind closed doors. Maybe she's getting paid to say she lied. What do I know...
But if what she's saying about making all of this stuff up just to try and wreck him and his career, that's a big deal. Claims like this don't get taken lightly and even if they're unsubstantiated, the person the claims are made against takes TONS of heat.
Being tied to allegations like these can be really damaging. So, for someone to lie about this stuff just to try and get someone in hot water is pretty despicable if that's what went down here.

when someone is found (proven) to have made false rape claims against someone? That person should serve the maximum sentence for rape for making that false claim.

I'm going with B. Gregg Hardy skated because his accuser magically couldn't be reached for testimony. Would not be shocked to see something similar here.

The vultures of the media circle around and instantly create the guilty narrative.
I was naive into thinking the Duke lax case would a pivot point. It changed absolutely nothing.
