The guy smashed his Lamborghini into a pole and the only citation he got was a misdemeanor “public intoxication” for riding his electric bike in the road? There is no mention of a DUI. How is that possible?
RE: Unless there are witnesses or he admits he was driving the car, Â
I don’t think he can be charged with DWI. Maybe DWI for the electric bike!
I’m not sure how true that is. I know a guy that wrecked his car and walked home. They found him at home a couple of hours later and he was drunk so they arrested him. He fought the charge for almost a year because he tried saying that he didn’t start drinking until he got home. He eventually lost his battle and has a DUI on his record
The only thing I was thinking about when the merciful cops gave me a ride home was getting a stiff drink....my nerves were shot
A girlfriend of mine had a deer come through the winshield and it killed her....I knew I had dodged a bullet
The deer flew 50 ft through the air BTW.....I just hit it right
They totaled my Ford Taurus....the impact affected the computer in the car and the insurance company refused to fix a computer....they said it was impossible to gaurantee the computer wires were not damaged throughout the car.

Not true. You don't leave the scene of an accident and be found later drunk and use that to avoind DUI charges. Actually, what he did was worse than if he stayed in the car.
Jerry made a huge mistake pissing off Goodell by trying to replace him. All that preferential treatment is out the window. I hope Goodell begins to get some revenge on Jerry now.
He left the scene and was unaccounted for for a short period of time the DWI is impossible to prove.. All he has to say he was stressed out from the crash and chugged some liquor after the fact.

We will see, I am sure that he will have to account for his whereabouts prior to the accident. They will also investigate to see if he had been drinking prior and if he was in possession of the vehicle in the time frame the accident occurred.
So, who will be the next first?
nor has he beat up his grandmother in at least 10 years
We can still sign him cheap.

when was the last time he has been arrested? IMO, he kept a clean existence since his 1st couple of years?
I am sure the charges are preliminary until they finish with the investigation.

He was just sued two years ago for trashing a State Senator's house.
Good call SY.
