has been a huge bust so far. Some injuries, can’t play outside WR. He’s got one year remaining on rookie deal and fell out of favor quickly under two coaching staffs.
I like this deal for Arizona. Atlanta has a bunch of weapons already. Why give up a cost controlled young QB for a WR when there are so many WRs available every year in the draft?
down with Minnesota or Denver now and missing out on the big 3WR’s
Adding to this, it would be foolish to trade #4 for JJ when you can have MHJ on a rookie deal. As good as Jefferson is, he turned down $30M already and Harrison is the best WR prospect in some time

Ridder is horrendous
And so is Rondale Moore. He hasn't had more than 435 yards in a season and that was his rookie year. And he only has 1 year left on his deal.
RE: Unless JJ is involved, I can’t see Arizona moving
I would go with Joe Alt if I were them.
Grab one of the vets wr that were cut and look to add one in the 2nd round. Not many options for day one stating LT out there.
for Ridder? He might be their best WR. Pretty much guarantees Cardinals are gong WR at 4.
Yup, they were going WR before the trade.
Welcome to Arizona Mr. Harrison Jr.
After trading a dominant pass rusher (will Anderson jr.) Last draft for a bunch of day 2 and 3 picks plus pick 26 this year, they got hosed expecting Texans pick to be higher. I don't think they will make the same mistake twice by passing up MHJ to trade down.
I would go with Joe Alt if I were them.

They signed Jonah Williams and drafted Paris Johnson after trading down with the Texans last year. They are not passing up on MHJ. They've been having extensive discussions with Denver and Minnesota about trading down, then they make this trade and sign Jonah Williams. No chance they pass up MHJ imo. Trading down with Minn or Den would leave them not only without MHJ but without any of the top 3 wrs. No chance.

Unless perhaps Minnesota includes Justin Jefferson and they decide Jefferson plus whatever sweetener the Vikings includes in addition just their #1 swap is enough to not take MHjr.

If mhj is even 3/4 of what he's expected to be its much better than paying jj 30m per. Look at the dolphins, how'd the hill trade work for them so far?

This trade doesn't happen unless Schoen and Daboll are done with Jones.
Nope. You need 4 full seasons ala Eli Manning.

Yeah and trading for jj would be dumb with his contract Inc they couldn't build much around Kyler and JJ.

Nope. You need 4 full seasons ala Eli Manning.
It was obvious Eli was the guy well before that. He flashed consistently even amidst struggles. Nothing like Jones.

I didn’t see they signed Williams.
