42 days to get to 90

I don't have specific players in mind, but we need S, CB, and probably another LB who can at least contribute right away.

- QB (upgrade)
- RB (possibly)
- TE
- WR
- DL (depth, possibly multiple bodies)
- LB
- CB
- S

O-line might be mostly filled out after FA, but another body/improvement or two is seemingly always needed.

Biggest needs are at #1 WR, and in the secondary, and an upgrade at the QB position.

We don't seem to have the draft capital to get everything we need... (but that's to be expected with all the needs we have).

Can current Safeties and corners step up?
One more solid Corner....is must. Would also like another center field safety.

I think the back up DT could be solid.....but adding another stud next to Dex....can make front 7 special....special units win games!

McFadden can be upgraded.

On offense

Everything is the simple answer.

A top 5 QB or a decent QB on a rookie contract....ideally.

A road grader RB.

A must...a #1 WR.....which can improve all the other weapons.

TE need help....

A swing tackle.....fixing OL is a priority

McFadden has his limitations, particularly moving in the open field and coverage. Pairing him with a more mobile linebacker should be on the table in some form if Isaiah Simmons isn't brought back.

one of the holes in Burns' game is run defense and it's contingent on what front Bowen wants to use since Burns, who's relatively light, will need someone to be able to share the load with him in the run game. Could Jordon Riley be used as a 5-Tech like a Curtis McGriff type with someone like Calais Campbell or Dean Lowry as a camp body/competition?

I'd be curious about Tre'davious White as far as cornerbacks are concerned given his familiarity with Schoen and Daboll via Buffalo. Could the Giants possibly bring White in on a prove-it deal and see who wins between him and Tre Hawkins? Since White was cut he wouldn't count in the comp formula.

I think you’re spot on the defense … these 2 plus a safety in FA and then the focus needs to be on the offense. I think they go QB, WR and DT on day 1/2 of the draft, though not necessarily in that order. Then go TE,another WR and RB on day 3.

He apparently played an edge rusher role at 300lbs while at Auburn and he's familiar with Bowen's defense as a backup to Denico Autry last year. Dealt with some injuries. Using Taven Bryan's contract as a base, 1 year, 3 million?
