"Six-time Super Bowl-winning head coach Bill Belichick is a fellow devotee of the derriere, according to Georgia coach Kirby Smart. Where I'd argue with this article is that size isn't everything. The main muscles are your maximus which will account for most size, but the glutes as a whole are a group of muscles with different roles. If your smaller supporting glute muscles don't operate correctly it can effect your mobility and ability to generate power despite having a large maximus.
