WR Isaiah Hodgins returns on a 1-year deal, per source. Valuable piece to their receiving corps, especially in the red zone. Seven touchdowns in the past two seasons for the Giants.

Hodgins was previously offered a minimum deal that could get him up to $1.5 million with incentives, per sources. Would imagine that is close if not the exact deal he will sign now.
Those bastards are trying scoop up our FA players from under the Giants nose.
Hodgins is a good player, and with a better QB under center maybe we'll see him get the ball more often.
next year we are in trouble. He had a nice run in 22 but when you have the worst WRs in the league and he still cant get on the field its not a good sign. in 2022 when he played against good corners he disappeared because he is slow.

Well, he was not on the field that often last year. But he knows the offense. He runs good routes and blocks downfield. You are right, he is likely in the 4-6 WR range and may be one of the last cuts depending on the draft.
He has provided much better than expected depth. While nobody will mistake him for a #1 or 2, he has proven reliable and productive when given a chance. Good to have on the team.
Would love to get #1 in the draft but if QB goes our way in round 1 that is unlikely unless we hit big time in round 2. Either way, I am glad Hodgins is back.
RE: Good. He was great in '22. He also does little things like blocking
yep, Ira, he and Richie James carried the receiving corps (and Slayton), undersung. Still don't know why Schoen gave up on James so easily...for the immortal Paris Campbell!
Good- he is the best at catching Jones 5 yd contested slants
It was the right move. Hodgins is exactly what Buffalo thought he was: a nice insurance policy as WR5 or the first man up from the practice squad. Giving the guy who fills that role $3MM guaranteed would just be bidding against yourself.
