Would love to avoid the Celtics in the 2nd round.
I know I am getting ahead of myself but I have a hard time seeing this team losing in the 1st round.
I know we all want OG back ASAP but I really want him ready for the playoffs and don't care about him playing in the next 12 games.

The Celtics are a juggernaut and Jaylen Brown rightfully has a huge chip on his shoulder due to last playoffs. It sucks because I feel like in other recent years this team could have had a legitimate Finals chance, but this Celtics team is out of control. Makes it even worse that KP is part of it.

I'm happy with this Knicks roster (when at full strength) but I was hoping the Knicks would go after KP. I understand why it didn't happen but it would have kept him from Boston and he'd have helped the Knicks.

play off those kick outs i think may help him, it seems like Thjbs is trying to help by giving him the ball more but he is struggiling, he is second guessing every move
At this rate Bojan won’t be in a playoff rotation. He absolutely sucks and is a defensive liability. Assuming everyone is healthy you’ll have a rotation of Brunson, DiVo, OG, Randle, IHart, Mitch, Hart, Deuce and maybe Burks. No way Thibs goes with a 10 man rotation in the playoffs.

I think the 9th man will be Burks or Precious depending on the opponent and the matchups. I could see Precious getting some minutes in some games, especially if Randle is on some kind of minutes limit.

I don't disagree, but 'if fully healthy' is a big 'if' at the moment. The way it's going, all the bigs might be on minutes limits.
If he keeps up doing anything close to what he's been doing, he's going to play a lot in the playoffs.
The guys coming back, if they come back, are front court guys. They aren't his direct competition, and Deuce has the edge to prevent a domino effect pushing him to the bench.
Signing Deuce to that contract was a helluva move.

they are being extra cautious with him, i do t think its OG saying he cant play, he kept playing on the wesr coast trip even though he was clearly in pain and then it swelled up..
I think he came back a tad early and the elbow wasnt strong enough yet, i think they want to make sure he is 100% strength in the elbow before he returns...
MRI is clean there is no injury to recover from, its basically just trying to gain more strengrh and confidence in it

I saw OG grab his elbow, it may've been his 2nd game back, but not exactly sure. I was surprised the announcers (Monica & either Breen or Kenny A) didn't seem to notice and mention it.
