I doubt Leggette makes it to pick 70 and i doubt JJM makes it to pick 6, Sweat is also a 360lb NT type and we need a 3-4 DE. Sexy Dexy plays in the middle.

Point taken but I wonder how many 4 man D-fronts we might show to take the pressure off of the DB's?
Love this draft. Orhorhoro is going to be really good. Dadrion is a great cover safety and perfect for nickel. Only thing I would like is a different WR. I would prefer a Ricky Pearsall, Malachi Corley, Leggette
The big question is will JJ be there when we pick at 6. It's looking
less and less likely as we move closer to the draft.
Yeah I'm starting to feel like the NFL is higher on JJM than Maye due to ability to process information and play under pressure (both mental pressure and physical pressure in the pocket). It's the big difference maker for QBs and you can't really teach it. If NFL evaluators think Maye has a problem with this Maye very well may slide.
I think be will make it to pick 107 with Bucky Irving, Jaylen Wright, Benson, Lloyd, Davis and possibly others going before him. I'd prefer Irving myself.
QB Michael Penix
CB Kamari Lassiter
RB Trey Benson
OT Roger Rosengarten
DT McKinley Jackson
TE Jared Wiley
WR Corny Johnson
I know, it seems like a lousy draft, but what if I told you I also came away with three 2025 1st round picks (from Tennessee, Denver, and Tampa Bay) and a 2025 5th round pick from Tampa Bay; is it still a lousy draft?

I assumed this same thing but pff says swear played almost exclusively over the B gap which means this would actually work no?

The probability of TEN, DEN and TB all agreeing upon your proposed trades is what %?
And, how do you know that those teams will not trade any of those 2025 picks, prior to your proposal?
"Sweat's size and strength, hallmarks of his college career, translate well into the pro game. As a run-stopper, his capacity to absorb double-teams and maintain gap integrity will be invaluable for teams facing run-heavy offenses. Moreover, his knack for batting down passes and collapsing the pocket, even without elite sack numbers, indicates a player who can impact the game beyond statistical measures. Teams in need of bolstering their run defense will likely view him as a major asset from day one.
However, his evolution into a more rounded defensive lineman will hinge on addressing noted weaknesses, particularly in pass rush technique and conditioning. The NFL level demands not just brute strength but also finesse and stamina, areas where he has room for improvement. Developing a more effective pass-rushing arsenal, including quicker hand usage and the introduction of counter moves, could significantly enhance his value on third downs"
Round 1, Pick 6: QB J.J. McCarthy, Michigan

Round 4, Pick 107: FS Dadrion Taylor-Demerson, Texas Tech

Round 6, Pick 184: RB Isaac Guerendo, Louisville
Works for me
