Y.A Title-Top 20 QB of All Time???

Recently I posted my top 15 QBs of all time,see below.
A few names were thrown out there as worthy of being on that list.
Namath,Stabler,Kelly,Roethlisberger,and Y.A. Title.
As I delved a bit further into Y.A.'s career,it occurred to me that Marino may be an updated version of Y.A.
Both had zero Championships,but both were at or near the Top of the All Time Lists for Passing Yards TDs etc at the time of their Retirement.
Y.A. legend has it,played thru a broken sternum,and concussion during the 1963 Championship Game.
Compare that to Brady and his career,if you breathed on him you got a 15 yd penalty.....
I guess I put this to the elder statesmen here on BBI,maybe some of you actually saw the man play..perhaps you can shed some light on the matter...
My earliest Giant QB memory is that of one Joe Pisarcick.

So many borderline names on that list. Too many players who happen to be a good QB on the best team.

on that list. I've seen him play along with just about every other QB you named with the exception of Otto Graham, Sammy Baugh, and Sid Luckman. Tittle elevated the NFL passsing game, was one of the best pure passers to ever play, set records that lasted long after he retired, and even called his own plays. Fwiw and imo, Bart Starr, Steve Young, Staubach, and Aikman shouldn't be included, and I'm not so sure about Tarkenton and Bradshaw.

How can he be considered an alltimer.
He completed barely 50% of his passesd.
In his rookie year he had more touchdown passes than ints.
He never did it again.
Take away the Super Bowl, he had an average career.
Had he not suffered knee injuries, I think he would have been amazing.
Should he really be in the Hall of Fame?
I know what he meant to the game especially after the Super bowl, but his playing career does not merit.

I was in my youth in the Tittle years. His first year he shared QB duties with Charley Conerly. He gave us three great years setting records with the glory years of the Giants. And a fourth year beset with injuries and a great team that faded away.

So many stars on both offense and defense before the fade away. They just couldn’t beat the Packers in the championship games.

It was Tittle to Shofner. Or, handoffs to Frank Gifford, Kyle Rote, Joe Morrison, Alex Webster, or Phil King.

Another one of those guys who gets dinged because he never won a chip...I watched him play most of his career,he had gun!!
Never had a Defense-how do you blame him for that?
