NE and the Giants - Pro day attendees

GFAN52 : 3/27/2024 1:35 pm
I wonder how many of the Giants staff in attendance today will also make the trip to Maye's pro day. NE might be able to get Nabers in a trade with the Giants.

The Patriots have 9 (!) guys in attendance at LSU QB Jayden Daniels' Pro Day: Eliot Wolf, Jerod Mayo, Matt Groh, Pat Stewart, Alonzo Highsmith, Cam Williams, Alex Van Pelt, Ben McAdoo and TC McCartney.

Patriots contingent will travel to Chapel Hill for Drake Maye's Pro Day next.
Jesse Armstead is there,

I think it's clear---trying to read the leaves---that the Pats are hot

for Daniels. Wil they settle for Maye though? Would the Pats possibly draft JJM at 3 if Daniels goes to the 'Skins at 2?

also has other really good prospects there. Really like Maason Smith and Wingo who is a smaller quick DL. If we could get one of them in the 3rd that would be awesome.

Ok, but what does mean: "College hits not the same as NFL hits."? That applies to EVERY player in the draft.
Some college players are built to handle NFL hits

Some other....need to get stronger.

One of the reasons why Tom Brady fell to the 6th Rd.

Is there any data that proves that smaller QBs get injured at a higher rate than larger QBs? I’d love to see it if it’s available. Or is this simply a myth that has been assumed to be fact because that’s what seems like should be the case?

I would as well. Since McCarthy is up to 219 lbs now and is very athletic, I don't believes it even matters.
