A 6-4 receiver from Notre Dame, who has made his way through the NFL as an outstanding gunner on punt coverage......again, we are seeing the #NYGiants paying attention to special teams with some of their offseason moves

its a toss-up
When you fire a coach ya gotta get his replacement enough raw material to look better than his predecessor. Stoll, McKenzie, now Boykin for ST.
Burns is a significant newcomer for Bowen to work with.
Runyon and Eluemunor for Bricillo.
Addressing problem areas in multiple ways.
“Miles Boykin (born October 12, 1996) is an American football wide receiver who plays for the New York Giants. He's been touted as the potential saver for Daniel Jones career as an NFL quarterback. He played college football at Notre Dame.“

You can never trust wikipedia. What do you mean "Has a chance to"?!?!

Now that Boykin is signed, the posters terrified of taking a wide receiver if the Giants can't get their QB can rest easy as the Boykin signing obviously signals the team won't take a wide-out at 6.

Anybody can make a contribution or change an existing writeup in Wikipedia. In short, anybody can say anything provided the text does not include inflammatory or profane language.
They could sit still and do nothing. They are adding players that can compete and potentially improve the team. A 3rd Ravens pick usually has some chops.
“Many teachers point out that anyone can edit a Wikipedia page, not just experts on the subject. But this doesn’t make Wikipedia’s information unreliable. It’s virtually impossible, for instance, for conspiracies to remain published on Wikipedia.
For popular articles, Wikipedia’s online community of volunteers, administrators and bots ensure edits are based on reliable citations. Popular articles are reviewed thousands of times. Some media experts, such as Amy Bruckman, a professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology’s computing centre, argue that because of this painstaking process, a highly-edited article on Wikipedia might be the most reliable source of information ever created.”
Things may slip through now and then but they are usually corrected pretty quickly.
Coming out of The Golden Helm. He unfortunately had Lamar Jackson followed by Kenny Pickett as QBs. Lamar is a RB and Pickett is just awful. This guy has skills beyond what he’s been allowed to show.

Boykin is awful as a receiver too. You think he is reviving his failed career as a wideout with Jones? You must be a relative of Boykin.

I had to check, but yes, it actually says that.

Even Wikipedia has a sense of humor...
Lol - Wikipedia can be edited by anyone. Thats why you should never use it as a definitive resource. Everyone once in a while you find someone slips in something funny.
But if a guy drafted in 2019 has a write up that needs to include his WR stats in college....

On another subject… I liked Boykin a lot when his was at ND. Thought he was better than Chase Claypool.

6.77 3-come

Any other insane numbers
So clutch for us that 1990 season. Was a fairly decent nickel/dime guy too.
Based on his last three years in the NFL, strictly a special teams player who can help at WR in a pinch (similar to Gunner).

a special teams pick up, or does he have a chance to be an actually WR?

Thanks. That is what I thought.
