i think the obvious thing re scheme and alignments is going to be translating similar nyg players from what bowen did in ten.
burns (800 outside tackle snaps) and thibs (960 outside tackle snaps) are going to do a lot of what landry did (he played 779 lined up outside tackle).
ten didnt have any in the A gap as much as lawrence but he is going to be in the A gap.
jeffrey simmons played mostly in the B gap but sometimes lined up over the tackle. denico autry lined up over tackle a lot. here that will probably be phillips and nacho since that's mostly where those guys played but i think they will probably add an athletic DL in draft since they dont have anyone like that currently in the group.
okerke and al-shaiir both played 1k snaps off ball in the box. both wore the green dots.
flott played 400 snaps in the slot, in ten bowen had mcreary play 500 snaps there (who rico has told us nyg loved). banks will be outside.
pinnock played 600+ snaps at FS which is the byard role. amani hooker moved around more so that will either be mccloud or belton or someone not on the roster yet.
the philosophy shift is where things will be different. obviously a lot less blitzing which presumably means more sound coverages.
if they can execute coverage more soundly while getting more pressure with fewer but better pass rushers, that seems like a good equation.
