1) Play caller
2) Protection
3) Playmakers
He also mentioned that in his discussions with teams, they are more focused on whether their team is ready (having the 3 Ps in place) to develop a quarterback if they draft one.
You can listen to the podcast below.
Where have the Giants ranked in these 3 areas (good or bad), since, say 2019?

He was also drafted sixth overall & is making $40 million. Is it too much to ask him to elevate his game? Is it too much to ask that he put on the Superman cape & carry the team when the situation isn't ideal? When have some here just started accepting mediocrity?

It's not just about DJ - it's about every QB. Including the ones in the draft. The Giants may be hesitant selling the farm for a QB when their support system sucks and he's likely to fail because of it.
You can at least see why they'd be tempted to grab an elite #1 WR and reevaluate. Look what happened at QB in MIA and PHI when they brought in stud WRs. All the sudden they had stud QBs. Funny how that happened.
1-- You would draft The Play Caller with the 6th pick IF IF you like him.
2-- You picked up two FA starters at OL. What's the point of picking them up if you don't believe they are any good? JMS was pretty good last year before being hurt wasn't he? So. you could only work with a perfect OL?
3-- In re to Play Maker - we heard this is a strong draft for WR - you can pick up the Playmaker. While The Headline is the QB - the 2nd rd WR should be a very good play maker.
If DJ’s point was to try a catchy slogan to fit his narrative, it misses imo.
Falls under playmakers
They are moving on from Jones.
It's a done deal. It's just a matter of when.

If I'm reading it correctly, I don't think he's referring to the QB. He's referring to the OC/whomever is running the offense. He's talking about support for the QB that may be drafted

Yes it is actually Eli put on a cape but at least had other capes on both sides of the ball especially defense that had multiple HoF guys. Toomer Plax Nicks Cruz and Smith to a lesser degree …. Tiki Bradshaw Jacobs …. That resulted in a roller coaster ride ….

Iknow that. Thats why I said teh guy mittendman was referencing (Daniel J), missed the mark because he made up a narrative/slogan to justify he feels Giants should select the trenches yet his same "3 P's" can be applied to QB. But that doesn't fit his narrative.
