These umps are outrageous. I watched that whole thing live in disbelief. I get it that the ump thought it was Boone, but once it was made clear it's not Boone, he should have the humility/ability to change his mind and reverse the ejection. It's outrageous what these umps get away with.
It's like they need a total reset of attitude and understanding of their place in the game.
Haha that was some George Costanza/Elaine Benes kind of shit
I don't know whether it's such a small crowd or the home plate mic was turned up extra high, but we heard the whole conversation from beginning to end Wendlestat warned him one more word and you're gone. Boone put his thumb and hands up and signaled no problem. The camera stayed on Boone for like 15 seconds and it was clear he didn't say a peep then all the sudden Wendlestat was like that's it you're gone. MLB should definitely have something to say to Wendlestadt. Maybe Boone has a Passover Seder to get to so it will work out.
yeah more and more he's looking cooked both at the plate and the field. Unfortunately we have to pay 6 mill to say goodbye to him at the end of the season. At least we won't owe Gleyber anything. At this point I expect the Yanks to be busy on the trade market this summer.
It pained me to bet on every Yankees under I could find
with sound off. Isn’t JP Sears the guy they gave away for Montas? His pitch count is up to 90; they better hope the A’s bring in a reliever soon, because they can’t touch this guy.
Can't score 1 measly run against the lowly A's? Aaron Judge continues to look like he's never played baseball in his life. I mean, what is the guy doing?

The issue isn’t even the usual lack of hitting with guys on base. It’s that the quality of the at bats are downright awful. It’s not as if guys are making hard hit outs.
Nothing has changed with Yankees: Poor Run Production

In other news, this game may be over by 3. What a pace.
The offense has been pitiful. I don't quite understand why our record is so good, but I'll take it.
Rodon was very good today for sure.
This team has the same hot and cold offense feel of yanks of last season
Yanks didn’t tho…
Yea he looks lost.
Hoping he has some magic in 9th tho
Boones a garbage manager
I’m sure the A’s will trade him sometime soon. They have no use for good players.
He just isn’t seeing the ball well.
Looks like total trash
Soto really is the only offensive threat on team rn
Have seen this picture before
What’s even worse this year is a shaky bullpen
Mason Miller's average fastball has ticked up 2 mph since last year to over 100 mph and is 100 percentile per Statcast.
As for Volpe, there was a clamor here for him to bat leadoff and, with Torres struggles, there really wasn't anyone else.
IDK about that. He was just fine until the Blue Jays series. The same with Judge.
Yeah, I thought the same.
I missed the first inning today, though from what I saw, the Yankees only reached second base once.
