Just listened on treadmill. He gives a shout out to BBI, which made me LOL.
Anyways…
He thinks Pats stay at 3 and take a QB.
Said he’s heard Cards will probably stay at 4 & add dynamic playmaker, most likely Marvin.
LAC-per Schrager from multiple GMs-will only move back if they get a ‘Godfather offer’.
Thinks that if JJM or Maye are there at 6, they take the QB over WR.
It's going to be:
Bears = Williams
Washington = Daniels
New England = Their QB (I said Maye, we will see)
Arizona = Harrison
Charges = WR/OT/? Could always trade to Minny if trade offer is crazy
Giants = WR/QB - depending if the QB they want is there.
You heard Schoen, they don't give specifics with most trades. The Giants could also be lying to them. Would you risk losing your QB if you were New England's GM?
NYG.
The Giants are as classic as they come during this funk:
2018 - they need a QB but don’t take one nor trade out of overall #2 in a QB-rich draft in order to draft just a RB
2019 - in a weak QB draft we burn the highest of 3 first round picks to pick a bust in DJ
2020 - in a good QB draft, we don’t realize we still need one and go OT instead. While Thomas becomes a good one, we could have taken Herbert or drummed up interest for a QB interested team to move up but didn’t.
2021 - we get caught up in a trade down fiasco drafting moron Toney after getting jumped for D Smith
2022 - two Top 7 picks but we get stuck in a weak QB draft and nobody looking to move up.
2023 - desperate for a QB again, we find ourselves with a QB-rich draft again but 3 teams in front of us wanting the same.
Can’t make this stuff up.
Reaching for a mid round talent over 2 Blue chip wides is going to be a monumental mistake.
This is what shopping while your hungry looks like....smh
