I’m likely doing it. Almost solely for sports. I currently have YouTube TV and while I like it, I can’t watch Yanks/Yes or Mets/SNY., which is very annoying even though I’m not the most avid baseball watcher. Yes, first world problems…
Ive tried Hulu and hated it (I missed most of the second quarter of the Giants/Vikings playoff game because the feed crapped out). And I’ve had and liked Fubo but they no longer have SNY and are the most expensive of all my options.
Getting a good deal going back by bundling my internet (which I already pay them for).
For me, the dream of streaming live TV just isn’t reality…at least not yet. Services are either too expensive or don’t have what I’m looking for, or both.
Anyone else do the same?
I will say, I get everything for little cost without cable.
I have also found the retention department of my cable company to be far more helpful than the "regular" place you land when calling.
Right now I'm using Hulu, which is not bad, but the price keeps rising on it since 2021.
However, I even called back my cable company, Spectrum, to see if I could negotiate back in as I have internet with them. They were not competitive at all.
