"How National Champion J.J. McCarthy Prepared for the NFL Draft"

I know a lot of pundits are trying to distance J.J. McCarthy from the Giants today.
This is a short video on J.J. McCarthy.
I don't know if the Giants will get J.J. McCarthy, Maye, or Nabers, but I'll root for J.J. McCarthy if he doesn't go to Wash. He's an easy guy to root for.

JJ is impressive. Some of those field level shots really show the velocity he throws with.

I’d be very good with him being selected by NYG.

Certainly has all the intangibles you would want. Smart, quick, hard worker, leader, etc…..just needs some refinement, like most of them do. I’d be happy with the pick.

I heard the other day someone compare JJ throwing to Baker Mayfield

I found it interesting. It had to do with his lack of touch and how it seems like he puts everything he has to get the ball down field. The issue he has when he cant get his feet in the right place to get all of his power into the throw that is where you see the inaccuracies.

I not posting the place judgment, but I found to be an interesting take.
