Woodstock wouldn't be happy. I still think we will end up paying a king's ransom for Maye. Getting JJM without giving up too much draft capital would be too good to me. That hasn't happened since we got Hakeem Nicks in the 2009 draft.
Think he’s gonna be a good QB. I don’t know if I see a guy who will ever be too 5, but who knows…arm talent is there, good head on his shoulders, outstanding athlete…needs to work on the deep ball and touch passes.
He gets a team to trade up in front for him. If he says NE, then teams can't get above NE so they may be less inclined to trade up to 4 or 5 if NE doesn't take him. So, is he being truthful or is he being coached?

If the Giants don't have the opportunity to draft Maye or JJM I hope they give Lock a chance to compete with Jones to be the starter. Just my opinion but I have no hope left that the Giants can be a serious playoff team with Daniel Jones as their #1 QB.
I prefer JJM mostly because of intangibles. My caveat no to giving up next year's one because even with a new qb the Giants are probably picking top ten next year.

Me too, if NE fleeces us and still gets JJM I'm going to feel like this might end up being revenge for us beating them twice in the superbowl. If JJM goes 3 and we get Maye for less that would feel a lot better.

I’d really be convinced he was coming to East Rutherford if he mentioned Ronnie and gave a shout out to Jose!
