5 years ago I remember many of us were expecting to draft the pass rusher and then went nuts when DJ was the unexpected pick. Will the reverse happen tonight? We all expect to come out of round 1 with a QB and then will go bonkers when it doesn't happen. I can't remember being this excited/nervous for a draft in years. At this point I don't even know if I prefer getting the QB or one of the WRs.
Improve the roster, QB sucks and we still suck.
How does the team not suck in 24?
That year was instructive for this one in one big sense: if the Giants draft a QB there is no way he sounds 2024 on the bench. Just like in 2019, off the team starts poorly with Jones or Lock the rookie is going to come in. And he should.

I think it will depend on the line more than the record. I would prefer not to put in the rookie until I have confidence we are set on who our starting line is. At that point, I dont think I care even if are at .500
But I am not putting a rookie in there if RT is still a turnstile and the whole interior still can not pick up a simple stunt
The BBI threads all blur in my memory, but yes I do remember a classic meltdown thread with one poster that Eric just let run on and on, and it was both bizarre and hilarious...
Nobody wanted Daniel fucking Jones at 6.
Josh Allen, as advertised, is a stud DE.
Then a home run
And finished by striking out while the other team was trying to intentionally walk him

Denver traded immediately after the Giants took Jones. They can deny it all they want but they wanted him, but settled for Lock. Actions speak louder than words.
