Tiki will be happy.
I don't think he lasts to 47 unless they trade up for him but I would be thrilled to get him

it has been either WR, DT, or CB for me in the 2nd. Obviously, they may be out on WR. If someone like Jackson Powers-Johnson is available, that makes a ton of sense too.

I agree. Odds are he'll be gone but to have a backup plan at C if JMS doesn't work out would be fantastic.
I honestly wouldn't mind if they traded up a bit to grab a TOP guy in a Position of Need, earlier.
He would be awesome there. Pseudo nickel and safety. Plus he can return. I doubt he lasts though.

With our new DC, he loves playing nickel. DeJean could be our slot nickel.

If he made it to the 37-39 range I would consider moving up for him.
Yes, agree. Need to get Melton.

Agree. 1. Newton, 2. Max Melton/Kool Aid, or 3. Tyler Nubin.

Buffalo/NE/Lac WR needy ahead of us helps.
1.Trey Benson, RB Florida St
12.Audric Estime, RB Notre Dame (LOCAL)
12.Ben Sinnott, TE Kansas St
13.Theo Johnson, TE Penn St (LOCAL).
16. Cooper Beebe, OG Kansas St
18. Patrick Paul, OT Houston
24. Jer'Zhan (Johnny) Newton, DT Illi
28. Max Melton, CB Rutgers (LOCAL)
29. Andru Phillips, CB Kentucky
31. Kool-Aid McKinstry, CB Alabama
33. Cam Hart, CB Notre Dame
34. Jayden Hicks, S Washington St
35. Tyler Nubin, S Minnesota
I'd be pleased to choose any of these O or D linemen at 47:
86 1 G/C Powers-Johnson Jackson 6’3" 328 Oregon
83 1 DT Orhorhoro Ruke 6’4" 294 Clemson
82 2 DT Newton Jer’Zhan 6’3" 296 Illinois
80 8 OT Suamataia Kingsley 6’5" 326 BYU
80 4 G/C Frazier Zach 6’3" 313 West Virginia
79 4 DT Fiske Braden 6’4" 292 Florida S
round2 - 86 1 G/C Powers-Johnson Jackson 6’3" 328 Oregon
round3 - 83 1 DT Orhorhoro Ruke 6’4" 294 Clemson
I would guess it's the CB.
Risky. The draft talent starts really declining in Round 4.
Melton, McKinstry, DeJean, Sanistril , Newton....
We only brought in McKinstry and Melton of that group but NYG seems to like those Alabama DBs early round 2.
Then rb in round 3
Do not see him lasting. He ecstatic if he did. Melton would be perfect. Schiano has put a lot of solid DBs Into the NFL. Kid will make the transition well.
I agree the Giants should explore trading down starting in the third round, but not if the value at their pick is too great to pass up. One or two extra day three picks would be helpful, and Schoen has gotten some decent players (Bellinger, Belton, McFadden) in the fourth through seventh rounds.
