Here we are post draft and now we look at the team moving forward....which positions concern you the most?
For me it's
OL-most concerning then in descending order
QB
CB
RB
ED
S
You...make the call!
DL (other than Dex of course)
Pepe LePugh : 5/1/2024 12:18 pm : link
CB
OL
QB
TE
RB
Edge (but not this year. I think Ojulari will go out with a bang)
S
WR
LB (I like where we’re at here)
Here is mine
SteelGiant : 5/1/2024 2:00 pm : link
CB (outside)
DT (next to Dex and Depth)
LB/EDGE (need another Depth piece)
OL (players we have need to be better collectively - hope coaching helps
QB (Not great starting or Depth, but guys dont grow from trees)
RB (would like a power back added to the committee)

All the other spots could be upgraded but I am ok with them as is for now.

Good news is once these rookies get into camp, some decent vets will be cut to save cost and we could still upgrade a lot of these.
This is like the Duggan piece

You can always find fault. You can always want more.

I think, given the starting point, Schoen has done a pretty solid job adding talent across the roster. But you have to remember the starting point was a couple of notches south of the Mendoza line. Have all the guys he’s added lived up to their potential. No. So, that’s hopefully next but there are no guarantees.

As far as a list I think we finally have at least average talent in most every unit and a couple of spots, WR, Edge, are better than that. We can’t say that has been true for probably a decade. I think that’s a better than average job given he started with almost nothing.

I dont see anything wrong with someone posting this type of question to forum of fans. No one is judging, just sparking conversation of how we see the team, isnt that the point of this forum?

Yes we will always want more, the question is which spots, you as a fan, think need addressed the soonest or most.

No criticism meant. And I answered the question.

I will apologize then, not sure that happens here a lot, but I am more than happy to do it, I thought you implying that the poster was complaining. My bad, at least you know I would stick up for you when the time comes.

Thanks. As would I.
I consider us very very lucky to have Schoen

It's funny how quickly folks forget what happened in 2022.
He came to a roster that had no-one worth franchising...
Last year was injury riddled unlike anything I have ever seen..
He addressed WR,S,CB,TE which all needed talent...
I know everyone is clamoring for QB,but the drop off from Maye made going Nabors unavoidable.
He seems like an all-pro caliber talent so there's that...
