With Daniel not having a contract next yr. Who else thinks we're going to see a ruthless Daniel on and off the field? Imagine all the abuse since day 1 this terrible fanbase has directed toward him for the failure of others. Most notably ownership.
I would not give a single person in this org or fan the benefit of the doubt. Short non-answers to the media. Do as little as possible off-field interactions. Essentially the Jay Cutler approach.
Jordan, Kobe, and Brady are all giant assholes. It fuels their will and drive. I think Daniel has been far too nice on and off the field. It's time to be ruthless. Yell at Slayton for dropping easy passes. Beat Toney's ass not knowing the plays. Even get physical with the oline for missed blocks. Get physical if needed with coaches; Rattle some cages!
When he’s on the field that is.
Actually I have one other hope. It’s him wearing a different uniform in 2023
What?

A QB rushing for 80 yards on a play and not scoring a TD is pretty unnatural.
Jones' leash is likely all but gone. If he doesn't perform THIS year, he's gone.

amen.. put up or shut up time.
I don't think Taylor will look better. But he might look more consistent. Jones' fatal flaw is that when he opens up his game, he makes too many mistakes. And when he turtles, he can't put points on the board. Taylor isn't good either, but he has an identity. He's ultra conservative, and in that style, negligibly effective.
Or Jay Cutler. He's not even tbat good lol

Please don't mention Daniel Fucking Jones in the same post as Michael Jordan, Kobe, & TB.

One less thing in the PRO column...

You already got your wish.
This is one of the myths surrounding Jones that simply won't go away due to his rookie season. You see "expert analysts" still misidentifying the problem:
Daniel Jones fumbles by year:
2019: 18 (lost 11)
2020: 11 (lost 6)
2021: 7 (lost 3)
For comparison, Eli's last four full years, he fumbled 11, 7, 11, and 7 times per season.
Umm…Collins took the Giants to a Super Bowl, but…..ok.
No, he didn’t have the talent around him needed to succeed in middle school.

Well, if he is hit less in the back by 350ld dlinemen and 250 LBers I suspect he will have fewer fumbles! Are you prepared for years and years of qb search?
Lol years and years of a QB search?
Any ya think we can see if he can be solid if given the benefit of things like a decent OL, running game, creative coaching staff? As Eric said, just see what he can do this year. If its crap, he's gone. If not, maybe he bucks the odds and has a future here.
Before he wins more games he needs to figure out how to get the damn ball in the end zone. You aren’t winning sh*t by tossing 10 TDs a year

Eric, we ve reached a point where the narrative is more important than the facts where Daniel Jones fumbling is concerned.
Your next worthwhile contribution here will be your first.
No fucking obscenity required.

This is true. And it's also come at the cost of whatever limited playmaking ability DJ has being neutered in order to limit his mistakes.
Also, related, we should be looking at fumbles per game, not per season. Looking at the full season numbers gives DJ credit for "improving" his fumbles while he's missing games.
