Is there a Yankees site that is comparable to BBI?
I know that's impossible, and I understand that nothing compares to BBI - that said, any suggestions for a daily YANKEES fix?
Thanks
a couple of sites I enjoy are pinstripealley.com and
way that’s happening now. By not moving Torres and Donaldson, AND bringing back IKF when we already have DJ and Cabrera for the same roles, now Pereza has to go back to AAA. Let’s hope he doesn’t sulk and become a non-prospect in 2 years like many others before him.
Something has to be done. They probably won’t make the argument that since Peraza didn’t deserve it, and Volpe shouldn’t overtake Peraza, too bad both have to go back to the minors.
I’d bench Donaldson, start Cabrera in LF, use DJ all over the IF, and play Peraza, Volpe and Torres from 3B to 2B, and maybe trade Torres mid-season. The fork in Donaldson’s back looks like a shovel this spring. He shouldn’t get to play because of his contract and because the GM won’t admit his mistake.

Neither Donaldson or Peraza have earned anything this spring. They’ve both been horrible at the plate.
Off a good starter too - Pablo Lopez. Volpe's earned it, and it sounds like Boone and more importantly Hal want him making the team. It is quite the logjam beyond that though.
Ideally, however it happens, Peraza and Volpe become entrenched at SS
Let Volpe be the SS. Trade Torres if Peraza has a hot start at AAA. Maybe Arias will distinguish himself enough so Peraza can become a trade bait.
It’s stupid enough that Judge is playing LF, maybe the Yanks go full retard and have Torres play 3B. Actually, that’d be better than watching Donaldson suck donkey balls at the plate.

Why is giving Judge some run in LF “stupid”? He’s a fantastic outfielder. He’s played plenty of CF but you think LF is a bridge too far? I shouldn’t be surprised. You’re just miserable 24/7.
Oh, and great choice of words with the “retard” stuff, clown.

I was at the game today. Judge played an excellent LF and threw a rope from the wall to get a Twin trying to take two on the hit. Cole looked sharp. Volpe’s HR was a no doubter to almost straight away CF. We left in the top of the 9th so didn’t see Abreu’s give away.

Yeah I have no idea why anyone would actually be upset about Judge playa bit of LF. It actually makes sense in Yankee Stadium with his defensive abilities. It literally has zero negative effect to have him at least prepared to play there.
But Jim is a miserable fuck so he will never not be bitching about something.
