So for the longest time my family had a Giants doll that has a Barbarian spike in its hand.
I don’t have a picture of the thing but I’ve seen the mascot before in old videos, specially when LT has the pick 6 against the 9ers in 1987.
Does anyone else have this thing and what’s the story behind it?

That’s the one!
I will say, on my BigBlueVCR account, I have advocated for bringing that guy back for the Legacy Games in 2023. I know the Giants org follows it...so we'll see ;)

Matt that would be incredible. Would help if a few former players who follow you would chime in to support it as well.

line of NFL mascots in the mid 80s. A few teams had them and the Giants had that guy.

Thanks Frank. I wonder how many of those guys actually noticed him, lol. But for this one, let's just say, with a bit of asshattery, it might be on a list of things to consider ;)
What the Giants have is the best fans in the NFL. Let the fakes and pretenders have their cheerleaders-mascots-and fight songs, they're all a bunch of posers.
The Giants have championships to be proud of, and there will be more of them in the future.
All dont have a traditional "mascot" or a team name that is an animal etc

I want a ferocious and intimidating defense, an offense that combines explosive plays with grinding the opponent down, and be feared in the playoffs. All that other stuff is irrelevant.
Though I do like logos. Especially the old school one with the passer standing over the skyline.
And the Giants aren't named for the mythical creature anyway. They are named for the "Giants of Industry" that have their home in NY. Kinda lame, but that's the 1920s for you.
